I don't like to even comment anymore. But I'll express my support for the thread-I disagree with the casual sex, without strictures or rules or any kind or reality surrounding it.

Yes, yes, yes
In quick response, yes, I am reading and loving your analysis. I beg of you to continue to urge the creators toward actual charactor development and away from the 1001 and nights of Scheherazade. I can no longer abide the Children's Hour, or "Laguna Hills" meets "Buffy". This show began with such ...

How does this happen?
Since Forbes is primarily interested in wealth creation surely this bodes well for the creators.

V. quick reply
but I have to wonder what this connection is that fictional 16-year-old Bree's videos had to their world. Could you elaborate on that a bit? I'd like to know which videos in particular they felt they could relate to. Or are we not talking about the comedy videos?

Cannot agree entirely
They were trying to please the people who thought LG15 should be those cutesie videos that actually had little place in what LG15 was becoming, yet also trying to please those of us with a taste for a sophisticated, suspenseful, mystery with mature themes.

At this point
I'd prefer they destroy the elements of the Order that are after Bree first, then reveal information. From Jonas' video referencing the Valentine's Day Massacre it seems most urgent to stop possible incursions from the Opists. Only when the victory is decisive would it be time to investigate the ...

No surprise at Daniel's altered state
The videos of Daniel drunk (with suitable anti-drinking message from Jonas) now make greater sense. We know he's susceptible to persuasion when loaded, he drinks when he's hurtin', and he's not to particular about his partying friends. Once he's high he's gone. After all these clues it doesn't seem ...

This is how smart kids act
I loved lurker's summation of the three stooge-like behavior behind the camera. I prefer a gentler interpretation of their actions, in which they actually struggle with their emotions. Bree however, faces the most difficulty.

hook up
All I had to do is read the title of the video to cringe with embarrassment for everyone concerned. Run out of plot, or what? I could barely watch the entire video. C'mon, kids, especially younger ones assume hook up means sex. Nuance isn't on their minds. The phrase "It's not what you think" is so ...

Conspiracy minded
I thought it was interesting she specifically didn't mention the death of Gemma. Does that mean Gemma lives? (This would explain the three people dead comment.) She gets hints about the plot, is this a clue for us?

Mid life crisis
Just a comment on her Dad's mid-life crisis. While I wish the video had been more precise on his comments and motivation, it does imply to me that he felt guilt about living the lie, and wanted to tell her the truth, (a common event during middle age, a desire to put things right) thus risking and ...

In the interest of full disclosure
Joygasm- My sons are 21, 24 and 27. Ignoring uncivil behavior only works on children after they have been civilized. None of them have ever done anything as ridiculous as the poster on this thread. But the process is similiar. The individual wants attention, of any kind, and negative attention ...

Continuing on
I found the video charming like all the best efforts in this series. I'm glad we were able to see Jonas and Daniel put aside their obvious differences and work together on this problem. Will we end up with the three musketeers, friends for life, solving serial crimes? (A spiritual Veronica Mars?)

Another suggestion
A suggestion; at our home when one of our sons is particularly troublesome we ignore him. Might I suggest until a mod bans him we try just that?

Leave a note.
This video shows several out of character behaviors for Bree-
1. she drives, something we know she doesn't do well
2. she steals money (or borrows) without leaving a note. Very un-Bree like, no matter the dire circumstances. Her parents have instilled a morality that has governed her other actions ...
