Well, I take it that we're supposed to believe that Bree's gotten a fair amount of attention in her world, much as she has here. Perhaps not to the same degree, but I can remember (and have a link to) at least one news interview about her that was done with Bree in-character (this was before the reveal in September), so it doesn't seem all that unbelievable to me.Languorous Lass wrote:Of course there were going to be girls in the same league. But how likely is it that one of those girls would "just happen" to post videoblogs that were seen by members of the LG15 Forum, and then by Bree?Lurker wrote:I don't think it's all that big of a coincedence issue that Taylor was in the same soccer league as Jules. Certainly not on the same level as Jonas' parents just happening to be members of a group trying to dismantle the Order. If Jules played soccer then there was going to be girls who were in the same league. It was just a matter of one of them telling Bree about it.
And nothing you say can make me think otherwise!Languorous Lass wrote:When I first hit "reply" to your message, you'd stopped right here, and I was going to razz you that of course you wouldn't think it would be Sarah.Lurker wrote:I don't think it means that one or either of the sisters is in the Order, though. If one were, I would say it's Taylor. . .
Remove the "and/or Sarah" part from that, and I'll nod my head thoughtfully and say "Maybe."Languorous Lass wrote:Well, at this point I think it's just as likely for Taylor and/or Sarah to be connected with the Order as not. It absolutely makes no sense for Taylor to be able to hack into some computer and find out the precise hospital at which Jules's records are kept -- as I noted in some other post, the US is far from being at the point (technologically and legally) where medical records are tied together online. So it's more logical, and more realistic, for somebody to be feeding her information.
Not Daniel, though, or — as far as we know — Cassie. Or Random Girl either.trainer101 wrote:Not to mention the fact that every character that has ever been acknowledged by Bree has had some connection to either the Order or the Resistance. Gemma, Jonas, Julia, Tachyon, Brother...
In any case, though, the fact that so many have been related to the Order seems to me like good reason to expect Sarah and Taylor not to be. Funny that we took opposite determinations from it.
Why would that make sense?trainer101 wrote:Anyway, whether it's a global organization that has infiltrated all levels of modern society or just a relatively small group of wacko's, it makes sense that everyone associated with Bree would be part of either the Order or the Resistance.
