For Fall's puzzle, I decoded the message to hex and then got this text:

Nekrd drana ypuja ouin sus!

Hint: BALDEH(Anagram)

EDIT: I know this is only the first step! I just am waiting for someone else to help out...partly because I suck at anagrams.

Sorry, blah. I gave up when you said this was probably the hardest part. I spent hours on that wiki looking for the template or the warrior's bucket, but only found that intimidating template format encoding stuff. It really seemed like a lot of work, and I'm not much into GuildWars, so I gave up.

Falls, I can't figure out what BALDEH anagrams into. Tried a dozen things as the key to no avail.

Oh and Falls, could you please put in some spaces in your code? It's making this page very hard to read. Don't worry, it will still decode properly. Thanks.

Wonka, well, sorry but even after you've narrowed down to a sentence the clue to a whole part of the puzzle, I can't see it. If it's related to the astral plane and out of body experiences, I have to say I'm completely ignorant about that and I'll plead guilty of being too lazy to research into it.

Alright I think those are the 3 unsolved puzzles. Hit me in the head with a hint, or a hammer, and I'd gladly work on them some more.

In the meantime, check the next post. I thought something for the English majors was needed (I apologize for my horrible poetic sense).

Ok, well you're over analyzing....
It has nothing to do with the template encoding...
But you do need a template from a PvP build....it'll be obvious when you see the name of it....>_>...

I'll give you a minute...You can go fetch a hammer...or use a wall...and hit ur head.....NOW!

Ok so there ya go...

Edit to add: P.S....as I said everything after "not for long" was a hint..."BUILDing up suspense...." "Kill other players...."

I looked through the build library days ago and couldn't find anything that made sense with your puzzle. It's quite possible that I missed something because there are hundreds of them there. I'll go back and check.

I gave a shot at coding some messages, and I'm curious how you guys are so good at unravelling this stuff. My YouTube account has three videos filled with puzzles of varying degrees of difficulty, and I thought I'd offer them up as excercises and for critique.
