By looking at the bbcodes for the smilies you get the following numbers:

applying a vigenere cipher to the tiny letters "ifunjvwtuxkiea" with the key "drawbridge" results in FOURIEOQOTHREE. There has to be some kind of mistake because the middle seems to be messed up.

4ieoqo3 liked kind of like a tinyurl but ended up being a tinypic http://tinypic.com/4ieoqo3. The image was of a huge amount of hex that was a pain to type in. The arrow at the end meant to read it backward. When read backwards and translated from hex->ascii->base64 it resulted in the following:

I believe the credit for the tedious work goes to me and acid. That step where we had to type in all that hex, not fun.

I tried to OCR it but I couldn't because of the emboss.

That's obviously not the solution. I'm wondering what else there is to do. I remember seeing some weird image about countours or something. This looks like it might fall into that category. There are clearly only contours in the image. Besides the 4M MSN part. Also if you zoom way out it looks like a cartoon head.
