im just reaching at this point, because I do think that brownish/greenish button resembles firefox the most at this point, however, is it possible it may be the "Powered by Mediawiki" button, just severly blurred? Meaning the colours. The sunflower on the left and then the green font on the right ...

it'd make me sad too, i cant stand seeing things like that.

Consider how many angles could be taken with this one sign. what about the right side? what about the area where the camera person was standing? a lot can change with a little angle.
