Barbeque

So...I live further east in the South. I know what my barbeque is like: it's mustard-based pulled pork, and it's hard to imagine anything better. But I'm wondering, Taylor, or anyone else from Texas reading this, what exactly is the stuff you refer to as "barbeque" in Texas? Does Texas have barbeque regions, or is it homogenous? I've only been to Texas once, briefly - to Paris.
By the way Taylor, the Beast is from California, so he probably really HADN'T had barbeque before!
(If you are from the North, the West, or another country, you will probably not be able to grasp the significance and gravity of this post.)

Well, GawainsChallenge, the bbq is different over here. There is no mustered-based pulled pork. It's mostly about beef over here with brisquette (I know I probably spelled that wrong) and chopped beef bbq sandwhiches, but we also have pork with sausages and ribs.

I seriously have no clue what BBQ is.
Up here in Minnesota, it just means grilling.

South Carolina! Home to four million people and four barbeque regions!
I've been to Florida many times, seen a thousand Sonny's billboards, alas, never eaten there!
Chelsey, you need to come south sometime and find out why Daniel stuffed his face so enthusiastically!

Hey if you, Bree, Daniel, Jonas, and your sister decide to travel towards Temple stop by Clem's Mikeska's BBQ. That's one of the best places to get barbeque in bell county.

I'm tempted to make the four-hour journey to Kansas City just to try the fabled barbeque there. Nothing beats good barbeque (and this is coming from a Yankee!).
