LG15 Poetry :-D

Post by ladysolitary85 »

Ok I just posted this in another thread but I thought this would be something kinda cool for all of us to do. Try to write something about the show, the characters whatever, but in poetry or something.

I'll start:

I'm addicted to lonelycrack
and I can't ever go back
Pretty spin art, cut me some slack
Oh orange slurpees, in darkest black

Forgive me for my crack sin
With P. Monkey and Owen grin
I keep Praying someone will win
But I keep coming back for a spin

With DBJ and Tachy setting the spark
While Oppy and the Watchers in the dark
Search for clues that are still left unmark
Not even a word for a search dog to bark

Someone bring back the ARG's that we play
Lonelycrack is starting to turn me to clay
Without lonelycrack, there isn't much to say
What we would do for the rest of the day.

Do song lyrics count? I adapted "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straights and also the Scoobie Doo Theme Song to Lonelygirl15 here on the LG15 Today blog:

"I want my Nikki B." and "Nancy-Dancy-Drew, Where are You?"
http://lg15today.blogspot.com/2007/04/i ... kki-b.html

I also included a short poem in this little spoof episode:
"Product Placement at Auntie Alex's"
http://lg15today.blogspot.com/2007/03/p ... alexs.html
Alex (ferocious, then poetic): No! I want my Sour Gums™ ! Aunt I am.
Not Yums or Plums, or even Mums!
Not waffles, pumpkins, or Gummy Dums!
I want my Ice Breaker Sour Gums™ !
I want them, want them, Aunt I am,
I want to eat them, with some lamb!
I want to chew those little Gums,
and I'll be blue until they comes...

Oh give me what I want, right now!
For woe the evil Order Aunt,
deprived of her favored Sucanat!
And woe the greater part tenfold,
for those who fail her in this mood.
Come Caleb, now, and give us food.

awesome! I like :-D I honestly don't care if its song lyrics, artwork, short story, whatever, I just want to see creative stuff :-) and thought it would be kinda fun for all of us to do.
