The JPedia (http://www.lonelygirl15.com/lgpedia/ind ... Facility_J) is a treasure trove. I'm not sure that there's one big story summary, though (correct me if I'm wrong, JPedia contributors), but the best thing to do is probably just to prod around and look at old videos and solution recaps.

I'm working on a summary - but there is alot to summarize, so it's going to take awhile before it's useful. (I welcome help from Facility J'ers who want to contribute.

Also, feel free to drop by the #FacilityJ IRC chat and ask questions

Although it's currently undergoing a major edit, THIS is the best story summary so far. For character summaries (which are very interesting in themselves), start by clicking the character pictures on the Jpedia mainpage HERE
