The JPedia (http://www.lonelygirl15.com/lgpedia/ind ... Facility_J) is a treasure trove. I'm not sure that there's one big story summary, though (correct me if I'm wrong, JPedia contributors), but the best thing to do is probably just to prod around and look at old videos and solution recaps.

I'm working on a summary - but there is alot to summarize, so it's going to take awhile before it's useful. (I welcome help from Facility J'ers who want to contribute.
