Tech Difficulties w/ Quotes

Post by thelogicpuzzler »

I don't know if this is just my computer or not, but whenever I try to quote someone's post, I never get the white box that seperates your post from that person's post. It always ends up jumbled with the little "[quote]" and the rest of the text. I do click the quote box, type in my text, and post, but I don't know if I am doing something wrong or not to not get that box.

Are you pressing the quote box up top twice after highlighting the quote itself, once to open the quote and once to close it?

Hmmm. That above post is all kerfunkled. You have too many opening quote tags and not enough ending ones. Do you want to quote people manually (as in typing it in yourself), press the above quote button, or quote a post using the quote button on the top right?

have you tried just clicking the quote button at the top right corner of the post you are trying to quote?
The adjectives add an element of psychological warfare amongst the children, because they can insult the circle, confuse the circle with 'May Duck' or 'Gray Puck'

OK, still didn't work, and BallsyMcD, that's what I was originally doing when I was trying to quote someone. Guess I'm dommed to jumbled quotes!

That looks perfect. Odd? Did you try just clicking the "quote" button on the top right like Ballsy said?
