Something suddenly does not make sense!
First, I start this thread with an admittance that I am suffering from a major migrain...so if this doesn't make sense...I appolgize...
Here is my issue...
When Bree's parents disappeared, we saw them being escoreted into a care, and driven off. We were supposed to believe that they had turned against the order, and were being punished unless Bree revealed herself. That started Bree on her run.
After seeing the parents drive off, Bree goes into her room to retrieve some items. One of the items was a letter...written by her parents...in P-Monkey. This letter seemed to be of some importance as Bree refused to share it with use.
Suddenly, Bree's dad calls...revealing he is still alive, and has information for her. He reveals that he isn't her real dad...etc.
Then, Bree's father is killed. Again, just the dad...as if to punish him for turning against the order AGAIN....and again in front of Bree.
We then find out that Bree's mother is high in the order.
My thoughts:
First: twice now, things have occurred directly in front of Bree to her parents/parent. It seems staged in both accounts.
Second: If her mother was high in the order...then what the hell is the letter about? Why would her mother write her a letter giving her details...or whatever...if she was high in the order and masterminding against Bree?
Something strange here...that letter doesn't fit suddenly.

Order in your life is meant to build strength and confidence. Without the order, there is chaos. The order, in life, is necessary.

I don't think it doesn't make sense.
The letter could say anything...about anything to do with the order or the real ceremony..it doesnt nessacarily have to only talk about Bree's Dad and his line of work...I'm sure the letter was quick and simple...
maybe something like
Bree,
I know this is a lot for you, but you need to understand, that I love you very much. I will see you again, but I am not sure when. I have some very important things to tell you. You need to know the truth. Everything has been a lie. No matter what Bree, please remember that I cared for you just as good as any father would have..I loved you and I still love you.

What ever happened to that girl BA?
BA Tells Lies.
Some things are secret for a reason.
There are people whose lives are dedicated to keeping them that way.

If you watch the videos about the letter, it is quite certain that there is personal information of significance...as Bree states that she will reveal it to us eventually.
She also states that it was from her "parents", as in the letter suggests they both knew about this.
Also, when Bree firsts approaches her parents about not wanting to perform the ritual, both parents state they will talk to the deacons. Both parents were supportive of her not going through with it. After the discussion with the Deacons, her father seemed rather bothered, but her mother told her that it was out of their hands.
Then, mysteriously after Bree disappears, the order "collects" her parents (both mind you) in a seeming kidnapping. The leave the house untouched...and mysteriously a note was left in P-monkey...almost encouraging her to take both the puppet, the letter, and the money. The letter seems to have been of some significance (maybe even linked to the secret place her father aranged to meet her at later). ALL of this kidnapping just "happened" to have occurred as Bree and Daniel were sneaking back to her house.
Then, the sudden appearance of her father. He hasn't been home, he hasn't been anywhere we can pinpoint him too. Considering how hard it is to avoid the order...this man with a lot of responsibilities in regards to Epogen, gives them the slip without seeming to concerened (as he is eating at a resteraunt outside in full daylight). He takes her to a garage were another car just happens to pull up, and shoot / seemingly shoot the father and letting their prize easily run away (despite having guns that could diable Jonas' care, or Jonas and Daniel themselves).
THEN, we discover that the mother...who earlier seemed SOOO supportive of Bree, willing to discuss with the deacons to not force Bree into the ceremony...is higher up in the order.
You see...there seems to be a pattern of deception here. All starting with the "kidnapping" and the letter in p-monkey...heck...even the fact that Lucy suggests Bree continue talking to the animals....
ONE LAST THING...
Notice that since Bree has not been talking to her animals for a seemingly LONG time...the order hasn't shown up lately?
Phew...sorry. Just things on my mind.

Ruberic,
My take on the situation is pretty jaded. I don't think that her parents ever turned against the Order. I think that they went willingly with Lucy and the Deacon. The letter that they wrote, and I think that they both wrote it in as much as they both contributed and probably signed it, is full of as much bs as they could fit up P-Monkey's hindquarters. It was just more stuff to further confuse Bree and make her start thinking and acting as an independent individual, not just someone who will blindly follow others.
As for her father being killed, he isn't dead imo. This is more of their elaborate deception. I find it hard to believe that he was able to escape the Order, under his very important wife's nose, especially since she supposedly told him that he would be killed if he tried to contact Bree.
I think that Bree is basically taking part in her ceremony right now. She is being tested time and time again and I have yet to see her succeed at any of these tests. She is not becoming proactive or stronger or more independent. If anything, she is regressing.
Sorry to carry on so, I just think that there is more underhanded stuff going on then the majority of people suspect.

For what its worth, her father went against the orders wishes by meeting with her and telling her the truth. Her mother didn't. They both did go willingly with the Order but her father is the one that reached Bree and told her what he shouldn't...he told her that they weren't her real parents and so forth. That is why Bree doesn't want to talk to her mother. Her mother is still in the order and is a very high and respectable member of the community.
I'm pretty sure the contents of the letter might have also been from Bree's father, but didn't hold any specific details. Maybe the list of phone numbers were in there...or maybe it was just a note say that everything was a lie and not to worry, that he would explain everything...just something vauge and basic.

This is the EXACT thing I was thinking of when I was creating this tapestry of inconsistancies. EVERYTHING around Bree and Daniel has been set up by the order.
Which brings me to another thought...Jonas is a babysitter for the order. He took the two in to watch over them. Gain their trust, and play with them. That way, the order doesn't have to worry about where they are, and the two feel safe.
However, as what happens with babysitters, he is getting too attached to his wards. He is having second thoughts.
