So what now?

Tonight I cried over spilt milk. Not that that's anything remarkable; I cry about everything. This was different. I loved milk, it had been with me for a long time. Milk has it's good qualities and it's very bad qualities and quite frankly the Milk had gone sour.

Milk's taught me a lot of things over my years. It's helped me grow in many ways. I loved Milk, I would have done anything for Milk...and Milk knew that. I don't drink Milk much anymore. I decided I was better off without Spoiled Milk and it's chunky residue. Milk was bringing me down, and I in turn continued putting it back in the fridge only to preserve it's raunch. And I just kept pullin' it out and smellin' it seein' if the weather had changed.

I believe I am better off without Milk, there are plenty of other drinks out there......but it still doesn't feel right.

Tonight for the first time in a long time I realized how much I really miss Milk. I think Milk is happy with it's other dairy and non-dairy constituents. I should be happy for Milk, but I can't help but feel like Milk is going out of it's way to rub my face in it. Milk is a face rubber, I know because I'm a face rubber too. I learned it from Milk.

I suppose it was meant to be all along, afterall the Milk will always go bad.
If only we knew the expiration date.......

I wonder how many people even just a century ago were lactose intolerant.

How did we devolve into such weak sacks of flesh?

Me neither, and milk agrees with me. Although I kind of wish that more stores sold organic milk (which I drank recently for several months), since conventional milk contains the rather-unhealthy rBGH hormone, which has been linked to mastitis in cows (an udder disease) and might cause breast and other cancers in humans. But since I'm fine (as are no doubt many others), it might be on a case-by-case basis.

yucky. I hate milk. I can handle it in cereal and such.. but not to drink plain.

Milk and cookies? Nope I'll take my cookies with a big tall glass of ice cold water.
