Pink Hair

after mix up in shipping, a shipping truck crashing, my hair dresser's car in the ditch, her cat dying AND my husband needing a hair cut more then me (WTF?????????) ...

I'M FINALLY GETTING YM HAIR DONE!!!

And with PINK STREAKS!!!!

HOORAH!!!!

No on can make this a bad day for me....

well at least I hope no one.

Yay! I had pink hair for a long time! So pretty!

I dyed it all one color when I got tired of redying my roots every 2 weeks b/c my hair grows so damn fast!

Blues cool too!

I bought this stuff from L'oreal called "Furious Fuschia" or something and it's made for people with dark hair. It almost never came out!

you know what...that hair dye bugs me...because it really isn't pink...it's just a very rosey red. At least that is what it looks like to me.

Who's it by? Next time try "Colour Rays by L'Oreal" They have Red, Pink, Blue, and Gold. And it works soo good.

oh you guys make me wanna dye my hair again now.

I dyed it a few weeks ago.. and it was supposed to be really dark.. like black with a purplish highlight to it... I was really excited.. but it came out like a medium brown. Weird.

I usually dye mine like a burgandy color (chocolate cherry I think its called) but I wanted a change and picked the blackish color up. Im sad it didnt work.

Post pics when you get a chance, Id love to see the pink!!!

I'm getting antsy too!

I dyed my hair black to get the pink out, big mistake! My hair is naturally dark brown, I miss the brown! But the black has almost grew out!

I've used the fuschia highlights in that too. It stayed on the top half of my hair really well then it faded out completely on the bottom half. So I finally decided just to dye over it. I think its because of the red pigments that are in it (combined with my kind of dry ends). Did you know that red dye fades faster than any other color because of the size of the molecules (supposedly they are smaller)? Just a tid-bit I picked up from a hairstylist.....I've always wanted to be one (a hairstylist I mean)

this is kind of a crap picture...but there are my pink streaks. They turned out a lot darker then expected. They kind of look more like a candy red. But apparently after I wash them (which i'm not allowed to until tommorow ... yuck) they'll go pinker.
