There are people spending money so you can play it for free.
The people responsible, their partners and all interested parties are interested in increasing product awareness, including merchandising and advertising. At this early stage it is highly unlikely that they are going to kill off the main character. Expect no sudden resolution to this story.
Look at the success of the LOST series, this is has gone beyond a story with a beginning a middle and an end - the trick is there are so many twists and cliffhangers that we keep coming back for more - the fact that no one knows what the hell is going on keeps the viewer coming back in the hope of getting answers...but then you get more questions.
I may be rambling a little so I'll just get to the point....

I don't think Bree will die any time soon.

Why did you post this here if a) it wasn't in response to anything anyone said about her being killed (when you could easily find such comments elsewhere and post your opinion in reply) and b) you don't care what someone thinks and posts in reply???

But then again, this is "Off the Cuff," so pretty much anything goes
