oog - do you think clara being a bitch to us and saying we aren't helping means we should be sending her our answers/questions in vlogs since she doesn't like coming to the boards?

You can put the links you put on here and all the questions we wanted her to ask in the first place... basically all your posts that she's not reading cause she's not here

thats true, it could just be part of the characters persona though.

I mean, it wouldnt be believable if she was likeable from the start, they dont wanna make it seem like their trying to replace maddy.

though, honestly, she didnt have to be so bitchy about it

You're totally right Greg. It's just hard when we all bonded with Maddy so quickly and so easily and with Clara it's like pulling teeth. We just have to remember to be patient is all.

I'm done helping this girl. I was ready to give up the epic rage and then I saw the interview with Maddison's father.

There are no words in any language to describe the cataclysmic rage I feel right now. That video utterly disgusted me. OOCly, it was incredibly well acted and scripted. ICly, if Mr. Atkins had punched Clara in the face I would have cheered. Christ.

I can't help but wonder if we're being given the Anti-Maddy here? Someone we're not as likely to like?

Also, especially after seeing her interview style with poor Mr. Atkins, what the heck is her major? I do hope that, ultimately, she's going to be involved in something that keeps her well away from people! She's abrasive when she DOESN'T have to be and shouldn't be (with us, when asking for help), and abrasive when she absolutely SHOULD NEVER BE (in that type of situation, kid gloves and compassion were called for.

What was her advisor thinking, setting her loose like this? Maddy would have been perfect for doing this - yet she can't. I don't think this girl would do well interviewing an azalea bush... <sigh>

shes a film major diane. so she also says she doesnt like to read books and thats why she does film...

Thanks, Kelly... I'm way ahead on migraine points for this month, which means poor li'l Binky, my solitary braincell, is highly overworked...

For some reason, I figured if she was doing interviewing type things for a senior thesis, perhaps she was journalism - but, even still, film involves knowledge of people, yes? And...don't folks who do film ever have to do research? I mean, that DOES involve the occasional reading project, I'd have thought. I guess you were inspired, making her those videos...

So, next some "Why?s" Why Clara? Why did her advisor choose her, in particular, to do this series of interviews? Why is this a film rather than journalism school project?

what makes me wonder then... why doesnt she ask her friends how this affected them?
