Clue discussion: let's get organized!

More and more ARG elements have been included in the recent videos, thanks to the addition of Jan in the crew. So far, the clues have been discussed everywhere, totally randomly. Interaction with Taylor took place for some weird reasons in the Beast Chat section, other discussions about the clues took place in the Plot Discussion section or the Video threads.... The last thread about the phone message, which was pretty much decrypted in the few first pages, turned into a chat room and ended up being 36 pages long, much of it being useless blah blah in terms of clue discussion. Personally I found it annoying and gave up rapidly. I think that if we want to continue examining future clues we should get organized and have a section dedicated to discussing the clues and only the clues, with rules and mods regulating the threads like it was done in the old Opaphid days. At the time, the ARG people did a terrific job at organizing the discussions.
If we don't do the same, it will constantly turn into the mess the phone message thread is now.
Would that be possible to organize things a little so people interested in developing theories about the story can continue doing it in the Plot section and people interested in discussing the clues can do so without having to find their way through that jungle?

Even though I'm only beginning to post today, I've been lurking around for awhile and I have to ask:
