i use mostly american grammar, my english teacher (from school) is always complaining about that :lol:

The teacher in me can't resist:
The best way to teach grammar is by example, and through literature.

The only literature that I know of that Jo reads is Romeo and Juliette, which is not going to teach him American grammar (if that is his goal). I guess if we would like to teach him American grammar we should expose him to books like Captain Underpants.
