That was funny.

But actually we should probably consider the possibility of that one too while we're at it (I actually think I've seen someone suggest it before), because - according to Gemma in "They Disappeared..." - it's been about 11 years since that ceremony. And since Bree's 17... well, you can see where I'm going with this.

1st of all; i thought Bree was 15. you know, Lonelygirl15? but assuming the ceremony age is 17....

17 (bree's age)-11(years ago)=6
Bree would have been born and 6 years old

17(Tachy's sister age)-6(to before Bree would have been born)=11

Tachy's sis would have been 11 when she had her....

15-11= 4
15-4=9

Yeah, this WOULD be more problematic if the ceremony age was 15.


This sorta pokes a whole in Tachy being related to Bree theory.

Unless....

did it say the age for the ceremony is a specific age, or can it vary?

That would have made sense (Gemma/gemmers19 actually was 19), but Bree was 16 when the series started and turned 17 on October 26.

That confused me a bit. Then again, numbers in general confuse me (not kidding).

My point was just that since it happened 11 years ago, Bree couldn't have been conceived then.

I don't think it was ever specified. The closest we've gotten was Gemma saying Tach's sister was about the same age as Bree.

Since Daniel interrupted their plans, it's hard to even take a guess. The fake ceremony happened while Bree was still 16, but it was only two weeks before she turned 17. I don't know if they would have actually done it before she turned 17 if not for Daniel's interference or what.

I think a lot of things will be answered once we find out more about the Ceremony. Maybe the age is different, but it's based on an 11-year cycle or sumthin.

OK, it's not due to the ceremony that they want Bree for then, but I still think she may be Bree's biological mother. Let's not forget that Tachyon has called Brother "little brother" on her You Tube profile before.

EDIT again: Nix on that last. It's probably an expression she used because if his screw-ups, being they aren't really related.

Oh, and Nieral, I got the math. You were trying to see if Bree being 15 fit the 11 year cycle. However, she is 17.

Someone else said before that it was strange that she was lg15, when she was 16 when the series started. I don't think it's that strange. I could be that she wanted her name to be lg, but there were already 14 of them, or that she had her You Tube account for a year before she posted a video; however, I don't feel like researching right now.

I was doing both; if the ceremony age is 17, Tachy's sister couldn't have been Bree's birth-mom. but if the age of the ceremony varies person to person, then Tachy's sister COULD have been Bree's birth mom.

Okay good I'm not crazy, I was almost positive I had heard a long time ago that it was Tachyon's sister that did the ceremony and then ultimitly disapeared! *phew*

But I do like the idea of them being decendents of AC , i'm not sure how it would work, but I guess if Bree was adopted anything is possible. Or even if Bree's (adoptive) mom was related, after all the women have the power in the order.
