And the puzzle, if that's what it is, looks like a cryptogram. I've tried some things and have a few possibilities but don't want to waste too much time if it's nothing.

Over at the Videos forum, I posted about this video. Anyway, here's what I said there:

I'm guessing code of some kind?? Perhaps it's part of the ARG? I just noticed the person behind the tree, though.

The letters in the first frame are:

EJTEO TBE TBOEE WCTABEQ

And in the middle, it looks like a sentence:

M OEQRNL FR RQMQS. OENOJE
MQE BUKA, OMLFCIY,
BMLHEQNUR MLFKMJRMLB
YNU ILNW FS.

And the last frame looks like a version of the watcher symbol.

Me, being the newbie that I am...also mentioned it in the OpAphid forum, thinking it was a tie-in to the ARG. What do I know?

Anyway, iin that thread a poster named "mike879" said:

He didn't explain how he decipered it, but it seems to fit.

The resons I really noticed it, though, wasn't the code, but that there are TWO people in the background, not one. The scond person is hiding behind the tree and pointing or gesturing to the first. I thought it looked like they were arguing.

Also, the watcher symbol is upside down, right?

Okay, I think I figured out the first code. I think it says, "enter the three witches"

I googled "secret code" (hey, it's a start!) and found a few different code breaking programs. Since it isn't an anagram, I tried the keyword cipher. The problem was the keyword. I tried a few things that didn't work, then I remembered the title, "Trubble Brews" and also how B&D are referred to as Romeo and Juliet....SHAKESPEARE!

Well it wasn't Shakespeare...it was shakespear (no e, the program will recognize up to 10 letters of the keyword).

and I got: ENTER THE THREE WITCHES

A hah!!!!! I knew that line right way, it's from Macbeth. (Hey, I was an English major!) Good 'ole Act 4, scn 1...you know, "Double, double toil and trouble"

How that relates to the this?? No idea....but, when I used the same keyword to decipher the second frame, it didn't work.

So, either I'm wrong, or there's a second keyword.

And how do these phrase relate to the video? No idea.

I tried to enter it as one cryptogram and got most garbled stuff but each line entered got something like this:

It appears to be clipped straight from Daniels video, just zoomed in (which is why the focus is so bad). You can see Bree make the same exact movements in both versions.

It hit me a bit ago...MACBETH. That's the keyword for the second code.
I got the same phrase as the other guy did earlier today.

The first frame, useing the keyword SHAKESPEAR is:

"Enter the three witches." which is from MACBETH.

The longer quote above is from Men in Black. Men in Black??? Watchers, of course.

Earlier, I said it looked like two people in the background were having and argument. Are the two watchers arguing? Possibly.

Think about the MiB quote:

A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it.

Is this video trying to tell us something about the watchers? What about that symbol at the end?? Don't inverted symbols signal distress of somekind? Like a flag on a ship?

This is a standard cryptogram like they used to put on the comics page of newspapers. It doesn't require a key word. It's solvable using standard techniques. If I were solving it from scratch I'd probably look at the pair FR/FS and figure they were IS and IT, which would give me the "I". Substitute all "F" as "I"s and then play with the R and S. By the way, it's RKMQS, not RQMQS, so there goes your "vexed"!

EJTEO TBE TBOEE WCTABEQ

The first one is a bit too short to be cracked this way. HOWEVER, since we know that the last one is from the Three Men in Black, it's possible that the last word is WATCHER and--BINGO!

ENTER THE THREE: WATCHER

Obviously, colors serve as punctuation, so going back to the second one, the last three words are meant to be separated:
