0086 Trust Issues [11.29.2006] Jonas canon vid

His use of the word "badass" totally jumped out at me. Not that I never use "bad words" myself, because I do quite a bit. but it's never been done before in my memory in a LG15 vid. I could be totally wrong though.

I like him a lot better when he has clothes on. I am not gagging every second.

I agree he's trying way too hard to get them to trust him. Why other than he's lonely?

It's true, she did. In "I probably shouldn't post this", when her and Daniel were fighting about her religion, she said something to the effect of "There are a million f***ing religions in the world .."

I know this is crazy, but a part of me just wants Bree to go home. She doesn't even know exactly what she's running from. Has she mentioned if she's even tried calling her parents? Has she gone by the house to check on things? For all we know, her parents are back home worried sick about her with no way of contacting her.

I completely agree. Just running around the state, or the country, is nuts.

And I think it would be just as nuts -- if not more so -- for B&D to go stay with Jonas. They have no idea who he is, fercrissake! I mean, at least Gemma is somebody who Bree clearly remembers from her past. Jonas is just some guy who posts videos on the Net.

Even if she doesn't go home, she could at least call home or ride by home. She hasn't checked on anything.

Okay. So here's the deal. Maybe Jonas really does have parents, but he is just too embarrassed to show them. Because they are little people. Bree and Daniel will arrive, and there will be a whole army of them. Then they will befriend the little people, and the little people will gang up on the watchers by nipping at their calves.

It's kind of hard to tell. It might be, but then again, I'd think the Creators would make it more easy to see it if it were. It's so far from the camera, and not very big.

I think Jonas does have ties to the order, like Gemma, but he is just more careful about saying certian things. I am still not sure what side he is on yet.

The names, biblical- Daniel, and Jonas- alothough it was Jonah who was swallowed by the whale, and btw, Jonah was also blamed for the storm at sea. Jonas' parents are lost at sea.

Another thing, the girl Gemma spoke of- parents disappeared, Bree's parents disappeared, and now we know Jonas' parents as well.

He also said at one time he didn't even trust his own parents. We need to know more - why? Did something happen? Were they giving him unknown injections? Were they sneaking away to secrete ceremonies?

I also think he was telling Bree that sometimes you cannot know who you can trust until you "ride the storm" out with them. Come stay with me and test the waters type of thing.

I also agree that Jonas is getting too much time on film compared to Daniel. I know he is a new character and all, but come on!!!! Daniel deserves more time than any of the new people.

Here's my take on things....

Jonus and Bree's stories run parallel - all that messing about until the parents go missing. We know Bree said no to the ceremony, maybe Jonus's Parents said no to something too and they went the same way Bree's parents went - probably not to a dinner party....
So anyway, the only difference is Jonus stayed at home to be watched and Bree ran away to erm, be watched... so if Bree goes to stay with Jonus The Order can cut down on some man hours and watch them both in the same place. I'll not go into why I think they are being watched, that's another story.

HOWEVER, I don't trust this Jonas character either. I want to trust him. He's gorgeous...charismatic...and the actor actually knows how to ACT.
