If you're establishing a site away from YouTube, why not record files as MP4 videos so that people can watch episodes on iPods and PSPs.

You could set up an iTunes podcast and if you provide an RSS feed that has the videos themselves as the items rather than the pages they are on(perhaps as an option alongside the existing RSS feed) people with PSPs could download the MP4 files directly without even having to turn on their PCs.

Just a thought...
