its really easy, i used to be afraid. you litterally slice it like a potato and youre done.. but i can just cook it for you next time youre over...
I ate sooooo much last night. I should have stopped at the Creme Broule! That hot chocolate was crossing the line...

Italian Chicken Delight. I vary it up a little bit and I don't use italian bread crumbs but cracker meal because it sticks so much better. Also, I mix a little milk and garlic salt into the egg mixture. I've found it makes it very tasty!

This looks awesome!! Thanks for the link, it's one I'm definately going to try.
As for tonight, nothing special...BBQ chicken, baked potato, green beans. I'm gonna need to do another shopping here soon, but you wont catch me going into a supermarket until after Thanksgiving!

I had a salad with lettuce(romaine and iceberg mixed), red onions, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, grilled chicken, Kalomatto olives, topped with my secret sun-dried tomato dressing....Mmmmm
And some mint chocolate chip ice cream..
