Thats my fever! Its going up and up! I was rearended downtown while I was sitting at a red light minding my own business... it must be ensephilitis! My brain its swelling! Im gonna die!!

More like it i have a flu thing.. but i cant sleep because my throat hurts and I am freezing(even though Im hot).

And Im sure I just set myself up for a million perv comments...

My mind was actually on you going to the hospital and charging it to the person that rear ended you..I guess it is possible for you to get sick from some external trama..not ACTUALLY sick..but maybe your immune system is oppressed by whatever injury you suffered..
Like I was saying..go the the ER on their nickel....
