Petition to ban LG15 if they cut Daniel

I understand everyone's comments, but I stand by mine too... I think if you're concerned about making money off your hard work, then don't enter the contest. Start your own line of t-shirts and sell them on cafepress or some such. (Keeping in mind that LG15 is surely copyrighted.) A contest is supposed to be fun, and if you don't agree, then don't enter...

Nope. I'm not defending that. My point was that the contest is a completely different thing. I'm not happy about Yousef either!

Uhm, I'm not trying to start a fight, and I really am curious: Do people have more info about this situation than others of us (me

) do? All I know about the situation is what Yousef wrote on his MySpace. Have people gotten the full story (or atleast the other side) from him or from The Creators?

No, I don't think anyone here knows anything more... we are taking Yousef's myspace post on face value. I do hope there was some mistake or a hacking of his account, but I doubt it...

And don't be fooled. Yousef's disappearance will look like it was written in ... but since the whole story has been about their budding romance, the story is going to be taking a drastic turn-about.... that won't be buyable.

If they replace Yousef's character with another Daniel that is just so LAME they can post all the T-Shirt contests to hell and back cause no one will be here to read em. They might as well take Aliester Crowley's staff and stick it where the sun don't shine.

Anyone else notice all the new ads on the main page?

As for my 2 cents: Daniel is Bree's only human connection to the "real world" , the series would for me take a turn for the worse without him

Or it could be a case of over-reacting on his part. *shrug* He could have done something unprofessional, got fired for it, thinks it's unjust, and blasted off a post in the "heat of the moment" kind of thing.

Hey, we dont know. What I'd really like to happen is get a post from the Creators about this whole damn mess. Atleast then we'd have both sides in the "he said, she said"..er, "he said, they said".

Yep, this is all part of the newly-imposed corporate scheme.
November 8 will go down in history as "C-DAY", aka the day the corporate scum took over and revolutionized lonelygirl1$... for the worse.

Of course it will, it's that way on ANY show when a character leaves. I'm not happy about this, but I'm at least willing to hear the ENTIRE story on this issue before ranting about it. I'm also at least willing to see how they tie up this issue in the story.

I doubt they will pull a Darrin on us. Again...enough with the damn T shirt contest, you don't like the terms, don't enter! I've seen so many of these types of contests, with lesser prizes, on forums...and if someone doesn't like it, don't enter. There are plenty of people that seem to enjoy this contest and don't mind the terms, let these people have their fun.

seriously, they've been putting so much effort into this, and the ads aren't *that* annoying - yet.

But I disliked the T-shirt design contest as well.
a rip-off.

hopefully the best design they'll get would be 'Save Danielbeast'

I don't think we're against making money so don't be calling people liars.

It's the principle of getting rid of ONE of the reasons LG15 was what is was that people are angry about. That's corporate sellout. When decisions are made to be more "marketable" and appeal to a wider range of people all the while forgetting about who helped you make it in the first place.
