I just read the partial you have up on your LJ! I like it!! Especially that last paragraph!
You have a nice style of writing, and I'm not just saying that cause you're the Perv Emperor! (or whatever we decided was your title! )...it's very...sarcastic. Human like, like a monologue that I would have in my head. Not all flowery prose and all. Does this make sense?

Ok, that scares me. When someone says that they "think" it makes sense. In other words, it really doesn't but you're just too damn nice to say otherwise.
But if I call you then I KNOW you'd be too busy to write or paint. And then I'd feel guilty that I DIDN'T feel guilty about keeping you otherwise...occupied!
