Hee! I've done that before too. Where your mind just races and it wont stop.

I'm kinda freaking myself out looking at these photos. Can you say overactive imagination? :D
Which is why ghost hunting would be fun to do with you!

What makes me laugh are the ones where it's the obviously fake haunted, like the Fear show on MTV and the one with the families where they do all these wierd tasks (I think it was on ABC Family) because it's good TV. I don't think it's real at all, they're messing with the people for the show, and it's entertaining to see their reactions. Some of the crazy stuff I've seen on those I think would make me lose it (the silly stunts like "hey, get locked in the morgue drawer for one hour!") but if you don't pee your pants from that you're insane.
Yeah I think that stuff is beyond the call of duty. I dont understand the "reproducing" a situation (like on the celebrity paranormal experience they were in a room where a nurse was found hanged so they had to throw a noose over a beam)....it almost seems vaguely, I dont know, disrespectful.

But on the other hand it's great t.v.! I love seeing people bug out, some of them are seriously hillarious. :D

And I would not lock myself in a morgue drawer for all the money in the world. I hate small spaces. *shudder*

haha, I'm the same way. I'm glad I'm not the only one who does that, I feel absolutely ridiculous about it. I can just watch a spooky video on the internet and freak myself out for the rest of the night.

The funny thing is, one time I had this friend that was really into that ghost-hunting stuff and she took me and my boyfriend to a cemetary that was 'authentically haunted'. It was pretty wierd, but that night I slept like a log while he was freaked out of his mind.

I think my imagination is probably the scariest thing that could happen to me sometimes :P

I would be sure to videotape it and put it on YouTube or something. Too fun!
I've yet to be scared by any of this stuff. Unnerved, yes, but never wanting to run away.

Dude, this is ironic. I was just saying stuff about that VH1 show, and according to this article they taped an episode at the hospital! Well, it's not confirmed, but it looks like it could be!

I have a kinda similar story. The first time I heard the knocking on my door at the last place I lived, my ex was over for the night. I was kinda freaked out, but just raised my voice and pretty authoritatively asked it to stop. I was able to sleep, he apparently tossed and turned all night  Lucky for him it didn't happen often. Maybe two or three times when he was there, though the knocking was the last, and most intense time.

Crazy! That must have sucked. I think that if there was some mysterious noise in the house that kept me up at night I would just become very annoyed with it.

Yeah. It never kept me up. In any of the houses I've never been woken up hearing things. But I sleep like the dead (no pun intended)
My mom actually heard similar things at the last place, especially the drink thing. I actually just told her this weekend about all the things at the house I grew up in. I think it's wierd that I lived with her so long, we talked about ghosts many times before and I never talked about it. I think I thought she would take me to a shrink when I was a kid :P
