Daniel's Response

Did anyone else think that after Ms. Cleaver's video, we'd get a response from Daniel all hurt and abused? Instead, Daniel just seems vexed at Sarah. I think it's kinda weird.

maybe that's why he blows up at her...or is it one of those videos where we're the only ones who are supposedly able to see it?

she was pretty mean to him throughout All Wet and she keeps not taking the situation at hand seriously (see: deliberately closing the door on DB when he tells her to get out of someone else's yacht)...so whether he's seen the video or not is a really good question.

Someone should ask him either in chat or on his chat forum and see if he responds.

Daniel tries not to make anyone notice whenever he is hurt. He is keeping such things to himself.

I can understand that. In fact, I am a bit like him in that field, trying not to make others notice how bad I feel when I feel bad because I don`t want to get others down and I want to concentrate on my tasks of the day. Mostly, I start talking in a very much "matter-of-fact" style when I am hurt a lot or play some computer games, mostly some where there is a lot of hack`n slay in it... (Sorry to say so, but don`t we have all our mistakes?)

I guess the only problem is with that that he doesn `t play computer games but starts drinking instead of talking. And that is exactly what I am afraid of.. I just hope he will not start another alcoholic exess..

That's not how it seems to me. Daniel seems like the type who wears his heart on his sleeve.

He doesn't seem to care like he did after Bree and Alex, at least not yet. Maybe her hot and cold act pisses him off like it did in the beginning. Which means she'll like him again and try to get him back? I dunno...

I thought he briefly mentioned her video about him in "All Wet"?

The difference here with Sarah is that she didn't exactly reject him. She just wants to have fun. But he's pretty annoyed with that aspect of it because he's focused on helping Bree. I think we don't see his emotions because he isn't hurt yet.

And then the next one would be of Sarah batting her eyes and trying to win him back...

Well,

I have had more the other impression of Daniel, I mean, you know... When Bree said she didn`t love him, after that "hook up video", he started his excess with the alcohol. He didn`t pure out his heart, but started drinking.

That would be exactly the situation in which I would start such a hack`n slay game at the pc. And come out quite relaxed afterwards.

That is why I fear so much that he will start drinking...

I seem to be alone with my points of view here but that is the way I see Daniel. I mean, he had to handle problems and emotions alone from early onwards. His parents were heavy drinkers who never cared about him much.
