Did you guys ever think about contacting some cult experts? I've read about that guy that helped reverse "brainwashing" with some Branch Davidian members--Rick Ross. Google him.

Well,
just asking for help has never been illegal, has it?
But, on the other hand, Daniel,
if you consider to do so, you must also consider the danger for the guy. Tell him that people already have died because they wanted to help before he agrees. Be fair to him.
Nevertheless, asking such an expert for help is not such a bad idea.
Kidnapping though is.
