closure vs. continuation....what would you rather see happen

although i highly doubt this.. has anyone read the uglies-pretties-specials books?

in the first one, the main characted cannot wait to get her special 'privelige' when she turns 16, but soon before it happens, she figures out the evils of the whole thing and tries to stop it from affecting so many others.
in the second book, she accepts her fate, but only to become a type of 'double agent' and help some others escape the world and situation they were put into. in the beginning, she doesnt remember what her purpose is, but gets reminded of why she is there and breaks through her 'brainwashing'
in the third book, because of her bravery and skills, she is turned into one of the top enforcers for the leaders whom she ran from in the first place.

(its hard to describe without getting into the story itself.)

but i could definately see this whole thing going like that.
