Well, I think it should be reversed so that Jonas is in the shower =P
I think some of the behavior Jonas was exhibiting might've been to aggitate Daniel, although from the knowledge that he was at least half naked, in a bed, with Bree's tank top hanging from it and her in the shower, it's fairly obvious that something did happen, even if it was just some petting. I think the thumps and the shot of the bedroom were just him moving around, probably in a rather large hurry, not him being attacked, otherwise the camera would probably have hit the ground before the video ending to make it more clear that he was being attacked.
