Jonas,
I know that you and Daniel only want to help Bree. I realize that you're being tested in ways that most young men your age never imagine being tested. But, I have to say that for all of your good intentions, you are making some really big errors in how you're handling Bree right now.
1) You don't know what medications they were giving Bree. If she was on benzos (anti-anxiety meds) or any sort of mood altering drugs, then there's a potential for very complicated withdrawl effects. These might include: extreme paranoia, violent mood swings, seizures, memory loss, self destructive behavior, and/or a host of other bad symptoms. At the very least, you need to seek out someone you can trust to get some medical attention. As a physician, I'll offer up my services.
2) Psychological torture is nothing to play around with. Bree may have been programmed to self-destruct when taken from the Order. It's obvious that her mental status is "altered" - and that's putting it mildly. Again, you should, at the very least, contact someone familiar with cults and deprogramming.
3) Bree should not be left alone. If you can't get her some medical attention, then you absolutely cannot leave her alone. Since Bree doesn't seem to remember Sarah, and therefore harbors no opinion of Sarah, it may be best to try to have Sarah try to gain Bree's trust and allow her to sit with Bree. Otherwise, the three of you are going to have to try and attend to her 24/7. You would hate to leave her alone and have her suffer from some of the things I've spoke of above. If you have the resources, maybe look into installing a small camera in Bree's room- so that you can keep tabs on her without her knowledge.
Good luck.
