hmm should I work out 1 set of 5 reps for chest, shoulders, arms and 1 set of 10 deadlifts everyday...
or
stagger it and do 4 sets of 12/10/8/6 reps for chest,arms one day and shoulders, triceps the next with 10 deadlifts...
personally I like the first and am getting some nice results and I get to smoke afterwards too
any weightlifters got any advice?
