How do you know that is what happened? In the video, Bree speaks with Lucy and then leaves with her. No one but the people there in the area of the car could have heard it. Were you there?

I and others remember that differently. I remember seeing Lucy and one other person helping Bree's father into their car after hearing a single gunshot. That gunshot had almost no echo. You would think that a shot fired from
inside the parking garage would have echoed more.
