I kinda made up my own recipe from one my Nana gave me...
Take some chicken breasts and sear them in a pan. Remove them from the pan and place them in a baking dish and pour spaghetti sauce on them, then put them in a 350 degree oven. In the same pan you cooked the chicken in, saute some peppers, onion, zucchini, pretty much any kind of veggie you want. Put them in the same baking dish as the chicken and cover it all with sauce. Bake until the chicken in cooked. Remove the chicken from the dish, shred it with 2 forks, put it back in the sauce and you have tons of yummyness. It gets nice and thick and can be served over pasta or eaten on a roll.
