Blue Folder,could the location of the ceremony be in it?

I wonder if the blue folder jules dropped has a location where the ceremony may be at. Maybe the folder has clues to where to find bree and jules if they are doing the ceremony. What was in the blue folder?

It had Jules' address in it, that's how they find her house. Didn't say about anythign else though
