Yay! Pudding! Yum! :)

I may have eventually developed a taste for it, 'cept it's one of those things my parents made me eat as a kid... Being stubborn like I am, I can't stand it... Just the smell... gag... The thought of it made me throw up in my mouth a little...

I'm sure there aren't that many male wintermutes around...

Did you used to hang out in the gothic channels on undernet IRC about 10 years ago?

That video made me laugh...

Most of the folks who used it back in the day were male... Well... When I started using it, another guy did too... There were just the two of us using it for the longest time, then this Internet thing happened :D

Nope... I hung out in the WWiV channel about 10 years ago... I can't remember if it was on undernet or a different network, though...

Am I the only one amused by the fact you were laughing at the rest of the people arguing over religion...then immediately went to war with jerseyjohnny?

As far as the LDS, cool. My brother was head of missions in the 80s? for the LDS in Alabama.
Actually I stumbled across that other thread after I thought Jersey Johnny was really telling me off (I know, stupid me). Since I was still fuming I told him off in the other thread. Anyway, it's all good as long as Jersy Johnny agrees to be civil.

But that's my point. You laughed about other people getting into religious fights, but as soon as someone insulted YOUR religion, you went to war. I'm not saying you were wrong to defend yourself. As a matter of fact, we all defend ourselves in a situation where we're offended. But, if you think about it that way, those religious fights don't seem so funny. It means someone is getting attacked/offended and their religious beliefs are being trampled.

It's all a matter of what you hold dear. Some people don't hold religion as close to their heart as others. So, for them, religious fights don't make much sense. But, it seems like you do understand....at least now ;)

In all fairness, I was actually laughing at the reference to throwing monkey s**t. I know it's so childish of me. It made me think of a skit from SNL about a hidden camera show where celebrities were tricked to sit in a room while monkeys threw s**t at them. LOL! I am actually laughing just thinking about it again (I know...totally stupid thing to laugh about but here I am laughing).

I didn't think it was funny that people were fighting about religion. I should have made myself clear in the first place. I think that 'monkey s**t fight' is the best way to discribe a fight about religion or politics. People do get way out of hand and say very hurtful things.

That's interesting that you say that! There's actually a line in a song by the Beatles that goes "If you don't eat your pudding, you can't have any meat!!! How can you have any pudding if you can't eat your meat?!!?!"

Weird how you thought of such a similar phrase!!!
