I don't think she is. I think that'd be a typical move on the Creators part. But, who's to say she doesn't have Order ties.

we have two sisters, Taylor and Sarah, Talyor the lighter, happy go lucky one, and Sarah the darker, "i dont give a crap" one. i think Taylor will turn to the order, Sarah will be like WTF, end up possibily joining BDJ, and Taylor becoming Lucy's apprentice.
