The following post is as Out Of Game as OOG can be.

Your experiences In Game are very important to me, so please be warned that the following is from the maker of Maddison Atkins, and is completely Out of Character.

Last chance to turn back? This is NOT a joke. TiNaJ. heh

Ok. My name is Jeromy Barber, and making Maddison Atkins has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Unlike most forms of entertainment and art, many of you have poured your time, energy, and emotions into making Maddison along side me. In many ways, we have been making this story together, so let me say thanks for journeying with me. I deeply enjoy the work we do.

This chapter of our story is over, and I'd like to briefly "step out from behind the curtain" and field some questions from the community. Because of the unexpected vested interest in Maddison herself, I felt it the very least I could do.

Through the duration of this story, many questions have been posed, and I think it's fair that the community at large have an opportunity to ask me those directly, and hopefully, get some good answers.

So here's what I propose, please video your questions (1 question per video please), post them on You Tube, post the link here, in kind, I will video the actors, myself, or Whiskey responding to them, and post the links here.

To be fair to the story we are experiencing, I am not going to answer any questions pertaining to the plot or the "holes" therein. Hopefully, we will all come to those conclusions In Game and not Out. Everything else is Fair Game.

For those who don't have a camera or the ability to post a video, I encourage you to be resourceful. Actually, it's been my experience that this community is resourceful to a degree that I thought not possible, so maybe I should just encourage you to just be yourselves.

One final thing, for everybody who does post, please consider your questions carefully. Most likely, I won't be able to answer all of them, but I'll do my best.

I will confirm that this is the person behind Maddison Atkins, and I would encourage people to get involved and participate in this rare opportunity to peek behind the curtain and see how Maddy's story came to be.

I just wanted to say to say thanks. Thank you, Jeromy, for putting together a well-written, well-done ARG experience. I'm sad that it has come to an end, but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

Hi Jeromy,
I would also like to thank you for all the time and effort you put into creating such a compelling production. You managed to get a huge and devoted following after a really short period of time, and I am really happy that I was able to contribute. Well done mate!

My feelings on "No More" aside, you've made a well-designed and well-executed ARG, Jeromy, with characters we really cared about. Good work to you and the actors (please pass my compliments on to them).

Will questions only be answered if they're posted in a video, by the way? I don't have the means to do that, as I'm sure many others do not. If anyone would be willing to sacrifice some of their video time to ask my question, I'd appreciate it:

"What connection do you and Maddison Atkins have to Glenn Rubenstein and OpAPHID?"

that is an excellent question. also someone should ask if maddy's myspace will no longer be active now.

i asked why did she and adam have to die but i thought that woudln't be fair game- it's still part of the plot i assume, right?
