So I just woke up and flipped on the TV and the movie "Dogma" (awesome movie btw) was playing. I was bored and typed it in on Wikipedia. A few links later I landed upon this page. Theres alot of interesting things. If you're too lazy to click that...then I'll summarize it.
"The Grigori are a group of fallen angels told of in Biblical apocrypha who mated with mortal women, giving rise to a race of hybrids known as the Nephilim, who are described as giants in Genesis 6:4. Also known as "Watchers" (from Greek egrḗgoroi), the Grigori appear in the books of Enoch and Jubilees.
According to the Book of Enoch, the Grigori numbered a total of 200 but only their leaders are named:
These are the names of their chiefs: Samyaza, who was their leader, Urakabarameel, Akibeel, Tamiel, Ramuel, Danel (looks a little like Daniel...hm...), Azkeel, Saraknyal, Asael, Armers, Batraal, Anane, Zavebe, Samsaveel, Ertael, Turel, Yomyael, and Azazyel.
In Enoch, the Watchers are angels apparently dispatched to Earth simply to watch over the humans.
The Book of Jubilees adds further details about the Watchers. While "Watchers" or "Sentinels" are mentioned alongside the "holy ones" in the Book of Daniel, it is doubtful they have any connection to the Grigori."
I'm sorry if this page had been brought up before, but I thought there was alot of interesting connections in this story of the Grigori.
A little info on "Watchers"

This is interesting, Award.
Do the Gnostic texts out-and-out say that the Grigori mated with humans, or is it just a teaching, or opinion? The scriptures I've read have been expounded on to the point where the opinion has become seen as the truth.
Even though I'm a Gnostic Christian, I don't know the Gnostic texts as well as I should; as I started out studying the Protestant Bible.
