Thanks, GJTK, I think you came up with some great points.

I was wondering when someone was going to finally come up with this. It was the first thing I thought of! Then I started thinking, how old were Cassie(Casandra) and Alex(Alexandra) in 2000 when we are supposing this was written?
Coming off of the Elders are apparent subdivisions of the Order/Hymn of One: Deacons, Helpers, Watchers and something called "OTS". The former three have dotted lines connecting them to Elders while "OTS" has a solid line (possibly indicating certainty of connection, as opposed to less sure for the other three)
or perhaps OTS is the only faction that really knows what's going on. the others have only part of the picture.
(for what purpose though we have no idea).
sure we do. They're guarding them from the resistance, from the zelots...
Above Ceremony and below Crowley is some circled stuff: Girls? (probably indicating that only girls are right for some reason), Blood underlined many times (it has already been guessed that the Ceremony involves blood in some way, but this is something of proof of that) and then Something in it? (what would be desired in the blood... red blood cells? Does anyone else besides me think of vampires when you read this?!?
Vampire isn't reasonable, but I'm thinking you really didn't mean it. A thread really took the blood angle apart. I'll try to find it and post.
(Cassandra, Alexandra, etc.) which some have said were meant Cassie and Alex were alternate candidates. The theory is weird, but not impossible.
see above, and take note of Mindinflight's post
I tend to lean towards "Cassandra and Alexandra" being Cassie and Auntie Turncoat. Why? I think it would be a little odd to introduce new characters with names similar to previous ones (seen or unseen).
At the time this was written, Alex was approximately Bree's age. Maybe a tad older. I think either she washed out of the ceremony or she was fought over similarly to Bree. It is entirely probably that she married to get past the purity thing. I don't think we've seen the last of Aunt Alex! Anyway, the 9,12,18 as ages could mean we're going to get a new girl quite a bit younger than Bree.
Here, OTS represents part of an extremist or deviant branch of the Order which is far less willing to follow the doctrine of "free will" than the main part of the Order. When Bree ran off, the moderate branch sent the Watchers to make sure she didn't fall into extremist hands (like what happened in Vegas) while trying to recover her themselves via OpAphid. After BDJ escaped from the extremist's compound, a Watcher intervened to protect BDJ from extremist recapture.
You are interpreting the board in current day. We're leaning toward the board being 6 or 7 years old. It wouldn't have had to do with BDJ back then
Alex may also have been caught between the free-will moderates and the compulsion extremists. She tried to escape their conflicting demands on her but surrendered to avoid further trouble and release Bree from her obligation. Whether that is true or not is still up in the air, but it makes sense for it to have worked that way.
Alex is conflicted, that is EXTREMELY evident. I think there is more at work than that though. (I'll post on it later)
I really appreciate your post. It has really lent meat to the discussion.
