Hey, I don't see any smexy Mirage in a skirt pics in MINE.... I know, it makes me sad too.... is that bad if I miss someone I've never met?

Dude, the weather has NOT been co-operating with the whole skirt thing. But I'll have pics of the grand opening on Saturday, skirt or not.

School is rough, but only three more weeks. That's why I haven't been around. But there are good points. I had to do a role play in front of the class (we all have to take turns role playing therapist in a situation) and I got a lot of positive comments. The girl who was my mock client told me that if therapy is really like that she wants to go out and sign up right now *beams* I guess it must have been pretty good, since people who aren't even in that class with me came up and told me they heard what a good job I did.

Otherwise life's been pretty normal. No drama, had my mom here for Easter which was nice... the puppy is happy and sassy, my roomie is having loads of boy drama, you know, the usual

So what about you? How's the job thing?

That's nice to hear your mom came to see you. And I'm glad the puppy is doing well (though pic-less!

)...what about you in the Boy Drama catagory? Anything? French Fry Guy?

As for me, the job is good. Grand opening this weekend--the word is getting out--there are a couple ads on the radio and one of the stations is even going to come down and set up a booth!! I'm very excited. Other than that, my life is made up of boring. You know that.

I got my hair cut today. That was about the most exciting thing, really.

Damn, librarian glasses? No wonder you were getting hella compliments! *faints* And you took no pics? Shame on you, missy!

Yeah, I'm excited as all get out. She's had CT Magazine call her, along with some other businesses wanting her to be their main cake person. It's really amazing AND inspiring to see someone who taught herself rise up so far and do so well. I'm really proud of her.

I tried to take a pic tonight, actually, but wasn't liking any of them. I had no makeup on (other than face powder--my new Bare Escentuals stuff, which I LURVE), so I was looking hideous. I'll try again tomorrow.

Dude, why did you finally have to come on when I'm getting shitty weather? I'm scared the PC is gonna blow up.

Easter was good. We made a HUGE dinner, and invited two of my friends here who didn't have anyone to have it with. So my mom and I cooked all day. And for some reason had homemade eggrolls, because that SCREAMS Easter.

Apparently the ZQ cousin was down here, but only for a day before he drove back up so I didn't get to see him.

I guess his computer crashed and all his artwork (he's an artist) was on it, which sucks.
