maybe daniel ran away too... he turns off the camera, we hear an alarm, and when the camera comes back, no daniel.

It just seemed like Daniel set off the alarm, Bree escapes and they setup a trap. Maybe Daniel or Jonas hiding while the Orderite goes after Bree.

Orderite gets too close and gets clubbed in the head.
