So in the latest vid, They're trying to break them down. Did anyone notice the difference of how they talked to Jonas versus Daniel?? They were going on telling DB that Bree is fine and she's thankful but she doesn't need you anymore blah blah blah and that he can go HOME!!
But Jonas...it was totally different. That creepy voice said something about "You don't want that to happen to your friend Bree, do you?" Like they were threatening him for something. Like maybe his participation in this sacred ceremony.
Maybe some of those crazy Bree/Jonas theories were right all along. Brother/sister or the one from nancy drew i think it was where they had some ceremony where the brother and sister had to sleep together. YIKES.
Yikes!

I'm totally backing the sibling theories, but I think the "siblings who have to have sex" theory is stretching it a bit far.
I just don't think the Creators, who have had this series stay within a stone's throw of PG-13, would take this the way of forced incest.
I do think that one of the boys (looking more like Jonas) does have something more to do with the Order/ceremony than he even knows. Maybe Jonas will be used for the ceremony, but I don't think any of it will have to do with sex or with impregnating anyone.
Angie, I noticed the same thing. I really think they WANT Jonas for some reason. Of course, in psychological torture, it is common to threaten to hurt others one is close to.
I also agree with Silvermoon that the incest theory is extremely far fetched!!! (Hopefully!)
I've always been an advocate for the Sibling theory. For quiet a while I've been looking into it, and I think it's logical, however very coincidental and probably unrealistic...but while we're dealing with a fictional show...it's when logic and fantasy meet and become best friends.
I REALLY noticed the difference in the way they treated Jonas, compaired to Bree. I think there could be many reasons for this, that both support and/or disprove the sibling theory.
I guess the big problem is that out of all the theories that are floating around, there are about 4 or 5 that are logical and make sense, but they each disprove major aspects of one or the other.
Sooo...we're just going to have to sit back and play the waiting game...unfortunately.
(I hope the waiting game isn't their idea of an Arg)
perhaps the way bree is looking into the camera or the way she is talking is a code to tachyon... i mean even though these vlogs are private tach has "infiltrated" before...

that would be cool if we just see tachyon fly in and kick some major but
does anyone know how often bree talks to tach and brother? if I were tach, I would keep a close eye on bree.
and if I didn't hear from her in a week...I'd go get her.
One day you'll know who I am. On that day, so will everyone else.

I've always thought that Jonas was somehow involved with the Order, so it wouldn't surprise me if he's important to the ceremony. Not as important as Bree, but perhaps the Order needs his blood to complete one or more rituals (or more probably, given the video tags, phases of the experiment).

I've been thinking more about how Jonas was the one in the bathtub at whom Daniel was yelling. Why is he more brainwashed/drugged than Daniel? I think that the Order wants him just coherent enough to say yes and no, but not form any strong, rational opinions.
Perhaps the Order needs him in order to locate his parents, but it's also likely (and perhaps more likely) that the Order already knows whether or not his parents are alive--as well as where they are. After all, Alex said that his parents are alive. She could have been bluffing, but she also could have been telling the truth.
The Order has more of a psychological weapon to use against Jonas than they do Bree or Daniel. It could also be possible they view him as the easiest to get to. They obviously think Daniel is unnecessary, so all they have to do is get him out of the picture by convincing him that Bree doesn't need him anymore. However, if Jonas is needed for the ceremony, breaking him down about his parents is really quite easy. We already know he had to go through massive counseling to come to the conclusion they were dead, much less getting over their deaths.

ok so say jonas is key to the ceromony... we've seen that the order know where they are most of the time... why did they let jonas and bree meet??/ i would have been much easier for them to keep them seperate and "aprehend" them. jonas was just a fan... waaaaaaaay to neat and tidy for him to be this involved?
so what? They were just gonna introduce them at the ceremony? And then when Bree ran away, of all people in the world, the ONE guy they need for the ceremony just HAPPENS to invite her to live with him?
