I think the reason this look makes me, and all you other ladies, weak in the knees, is because it is a look of gratitude and respect; something that is hard to come by these days (I don't want to get sexist here, if you catch my meaning. Did I just get sexist here?).

It's not a sexual look, IMO, it's a look of mutual respect and appreciation in combination with total vulnerability.

I get you, I do. But then how do you explain his pure joy in 'Snow Angels'...a good day? Nah, the boy is smitten. I have a sense for things like this and I feel it. It was respect, gratitude....all that...and LONGING!! He wants to wrap those manly arms around her and give her a lil smooch. I'm tellin you. We are so getting a private vid from him (if they ever get out of this whole being caputred thing. "I like Bree, a lot and I'm not sure what to do..."

Mark my words. It's Heaven.

Yeah, he was on cloud nine that day, I'll admit. We'll just have to see. I just think people are reading too much into this particular look.

Ok after much thought, deliberation and one nasty daydream I have come to the conclusion that Jonas is a victim of circumstance when it come to the whole crushin on Bree thing. I feel that the look was one of respect, appreciation, and longing. BUT, I dont think Bree is in any way his idea of a perfect mate. Have you ever been secluded with someone of the opposite sex for any length of time? After a while someone that you wouldn't normally be attracted to starts lookin pretty good to you. Jonas has already said things leading to the fact that he was kinda a hermit before Bree and DB came along. So suddenly theres this vulnerable, pretty cute girl in his living space. Prolly the most hes ever been around a girl that wasn't family. So of course hes gonna start lookin at her that way. Hes got a lil crush if even that. Boys like him love the idea of takin care of a girl, it gives him a false sense of fidelity, like since he provides to her she should be faithful to him but thats a lil off from what I was aiming towards.On the other hand Daniel has got more goin on for Bree, hes gotten to know her over time (not that Jonas hasnt but face it Daniel knows her better), hes sacrificed far more than money and time for her, and hes had the opportunity to seek out other women but its Bree he wants. Always Bree. Bree Bree Bree. Now Daniel is the one IN LOVE with Bree. Not Jonas.

Ok rant over, and just for the record I'm not belittling Jonas's steamy look, I still think hes hotter than DB. And if he looked at me that way I wouldn't care if it were love or lust I'd still do anything he told me to.

I agree, to an extent. He's the product of some pretty hard core unrequitted love. & I'm almost positive nothing Bree could ever say or do would change his heart on that one. She could tell him that she hates his guts and refuse to ever speak to him again and somehow he'd still love her...Not that she ever would. It's really sad actually. I've been there and it totally sucks and you wanna understand but your so lost in your love for the other person that you see no end. Eventually it will fade and he'll get sick of feeling that way and it will pass, but who knows how long this will take. Bree has made is painfully clear to him that she wants nothing more than his friendship. Which, I think is fine....if it's not there it's not there.

As far as Jonas goes...I believe it's a little more than a "little crush". This is totally an opinion thing but in mine...you cannot look at someone with that much sentiment and have it mean nothing but apperciation and graditude. Even if it is something that you are really greatful for. He's greatful because it's her. Why would he go this long putting up with all this crappy stuff and running away all the time and forgiving her after the whole tie up incident. Maybe I just have had some really crappy friends in my lifetime but, none of my friends would deal with that (except the few who I know really care). I'm rambling now. But his whole attitude and stuff changes when he and Bree are alone. Like he gets all nervous and giddy and...idk.

All of this on and on about this look. It could be possible that Bree is a relative, and his only non-Orderite family as such. That would account for these "looks".
