Here's what you do:

(This is one of my FAVORITE recipes to prepare, 'cause people rave at your miraculous dish that was easy as 1-2-3 to do!!)

You buy fresh, juicy salmon steaks.
You brush them lightly with olive oil.
You use a garlic press to cover the salmon with garlic.
You split the Kalamata olives in half and cover the fish in them.
You bake them in the oven (@425 for 15-30 mins, based on how fat your salmon steaks are!)

Wow that does sound good.

save for the fact the salmon is cooked LOL

fish should never be cooked. Only raw on a bed of rice with seaweed!

OOH.. thanks Marbles, I happen to have 2 BEAUTIFUL salmon steaks in the freezer as we speak!!.. (not sure what KALAMATA olives are, but they are olives.. so they MUST be good!).. thanks hon.. I've made note of this and will let you know how it goes!

I dont eat cooked fish anymore. It has no flavor compaired to sushi.

sorry, tho I LOVE vamps.. I prefer my fish cooked.. *cringing, sorry.. Ed loves it your way, I buy it for him but.. well.. like cooked better!*

both her series are incredible.. and prolific!!

yeah i cant eat raw meat. i know my stomach would hate me for it. hell it hates me when i eat mexican food LOL!

Gypsy.. It's either Kalamata or Kalmata.

They are specialty Greek olives-- gourmet, a little more expensive than regular greek olives, but worth it. You should be able to find them in your deli at the grocery store.
