I read that transcript. They are just assuming that Jonas's parents are still alive because Alex said so.

Not exactly the most trustworthy source of info.

lol no she isnt. i think it might be a trap, that if his parents are alive they have been brainwashed to be in the order.

so am i. i will direct this to the comment i had on it a few pages back. i dont think anything will come out of it, they just have been through a lot together, all 3 of them, and its only natural that they get close to each other.
