OMFG...o.k. so one of the labs is having a carry in...and they brought me this homemade coconut cream pie. Now, I usually am not in love with coconut..but JEBUS! this pie is HEAVEN. Oh, there's a brownie, too but I haven't eaten it, yet.

I cannot stand coconut... the flavor doesn't bother me too much the texture makes me want to throw up.

Yeah - I'm not a big fan of coconut either. As for the texture of food I know exactly what you mean-

Avacadoes = blechs
Guacamole = yums
