What's for dinner?

Post by ladron121 »

So use this space to tell us what you are eating, share recipes. Just remember, we are busy people, so make sure they are simple and easy to eat while typing :)

This is my Mexican Lasagna. Its just pinto beans, ground beef, enchilada sauce, cheese, and crushed tostada tortillas. Less than a half hour to make, and so very tasty. Also, made so much that I'll be eating it for days :)

*is glad that she isn't one of Lad's roommates*

That looks like it could possibly prove to be explosive later on...

Oh, I dunno... Might not be bad, provided that glass of beer off to the left goes with it? <hopeful look>

Oh, hmmm...were we supposed to tell all, too?

Made chicken stew tonight - very yummy stuff, kinda like what's on the inside of chicken pot pie. Made some baking soda biscuits to go with it (well, see, I can't make pie crust worth a damn, so the chicken stew couldn't be chicken pot pie...and I had to do something yummy to go with the yummy stew stuff, right? <chuckle>)

It was warm here (Oregon warm - it actually got to almost 60...wow!), but really rainy, and rainy means stew, what can I say?

What do you think, spaghetti tomorrow?

[13:09:39] <marlasinger> acid's like a pussy sore, if you keep playing with it it just gets worse.

Uh, the Mexican Lasanga looks so much better than the Acid mystery Mac N' Cheese.

And really, are we this bored? We got a "What's for Dinner" thread?

A sad day, indeed ...
