The longtime forum regulars will notice some minor changes to the forum lately. I wanted to explain them so everyone feels encouraged to participate!
New area: Welcome to Lonelygirl15!
The Creators want to make sure that new users feel welcome in the forum and have an opportunity to get up to speed on the series. In this area, new users can find helpful FAQs, tips, and links to older threads or LGPedia sites. They can also introduce themselves or ask general questions/make comments about the series.
New area: The LG15 Community
"General Discussion" is really an area to talk about issues related to LG15, so we split off the non-LG15-related topics into a new area. We're all part of one big community here! Under this new area, you'll find:
- Get to Know Each Other: Talk about your favorites, your hobbies, post your pictures, etc. Get to know your fellow posters!
- Off the Cuff: Talk about politics, tell jokes, or trade recipes. This is the place to start non-LG15-related threads with topics of discussion.
- P. Monkey's Playhouse: Users have enjoyed using the forum as a way to chat and easily communicate and share pictures. The Playhouse is the area to chat with each other and share your thoughts (LG15-related or not).
