Bree said the people chosen to parent the selected girls were lower ranking members.

Op seems to be way up there so I think this alone rules out the possibility.

She didn't quite say that. She said there's different levels and lower-ranking members don't know a lot about the Order. Her dad was identified as a low-ranking member, but her mom was said to be higher in the organization than him.

Actually, it was put up during her hiatus, when people on the forum were guessing that Op was going the way of CIW...
